Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Artemisa Tarot Android app, offered by Martin Quinta (martin@nomada.dev). By accepting the app’s legal notice and using it, you accept these terms. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Nature of the service
The app offers entertainment content based on evolutionary tarot, an interpretive approach that uses the cards as material for psychological reflection. Readings are not predictions of future events nor verifiable descriptions of past events: they are a narrative built from the data the user enters. No divinatory power is attributed to the cards.
2. No professional advice
The content is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and does not replace consulting a professional. Decisions the user makes based on the content are their sole responsibility.
3. Transmission and processing
Questions, birth data and other input entered by the user are transmitted over the Internet to third-party servers, where they are processed by artificial intelligence systems to generate the response. Users should not enter information they do not wish to transmit. Details are in the privacy policy.
4. Retention
The reading history is stored on the device. Readings without a star are deleted after one (1) month; starred readings are kept. Our server does not keep questions or readings.
5. Artificial nature of the reader
Artemisa is an artificial intelligence system. Her image, voice and responses are generated automatically and do not correspond to any real person. Responses may contain errors.
6. Advertising and payments
The free version may show third-party ads. Where applicable law requires it, consent for personalized ads will be requested before the first ad is shown. If purchases or a paid subscription are offered, they will be made through Google Play and their conditions will be shown before purchase.
7. Coins
In-app coins are earned through the daily reward and by watching ads. They are not sold, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and their rules may change.
8. Minimum age
The app is intended for people aged 13 or older. If you are between 13 and 17, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to use it.
9. Third-party data
If you enter another person’s data, for example in the compatibility feature, you confirm that you have their permission.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, send automated requests to the server, try to bypass usage limits or rewards, or reverse engineer the app or the server.
11. Intellectual property
The app, the Artemisa character, her images, voice and texts belong to their owner. You may use the generated readings for personal use.
12. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability or accuracy of content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of the content or from being unable to use the app.
13. Changes
We may modify these terms. We will publish changes on this page and update the date at the top.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico.
